Cost to license the Specification is $200US ($100 for ADA members).  Once a developer or other user has purchased the Specification document and Implementation Guide, they will have unlimited access to the Users Group hosted on this site until the next version of the Specification is published.  This Users Group provides the Design Model and a variety of reference tables for download along with a living library of solutions contributed by Specification users.
